ALL SHOW CAVES OPEN - keep the rules, please!

Dear fans and visitors,

All our SHOW CAVES ARE OPEN for you in standard scheduled times for the season.

Due to ongoing risk of spreading the COVID disease, we ask you to keep the following rules during your visit:

- follow the actual information at the caves visitors’ centres

- the number of persons per admission can be reduced – be patient at waiting, please

- cave manager shall adapt the number of admissions to actual situation - follow his/her instructions, please

- visitors are obliged to wear face and mouth covering during their visit

- maintain safe physical distancing from unknown persons as much as possible

- use hand sanitizers

- avoid touching your face

- postpone your visit in case of not feeling well

Our staff at the caves is ready to assist you in case of unclearness – follow their advice, please.

Keeping the rules protects both yourselves and the other people around you.

Einstellung des Verkaufs von Speisen und Getränken - Driny Höhle

Liebe Besucher, aus technischen Gründen ist es derzeit nicht möglich, Speisen und Getränke sowie Kaffeeautomaten in der Höhle anzubieten. Wir bitten um Ihr Verständnis.

Kartenzahlung - Empfehlung

Geehrte Besucher, wir möchten Sie darüber informieren, dass es aufgrund der technischen und betrieblichen Bedingungen der Zahlungsterminals zu Situationen kommen kann, in denen eine bargeldlose Zahlung per Zahlungskarte nicht möglich ist. Aus diesem Grund empfehlen wir Ihnen, ausreichend Bargeld zur Verfügung zu haben, wenn Sie sicher sein möchten, dass Sie die Höhle besichtigen können. Danke für Ihr Verständnis.

Domica zatvorená

Vážení návštevníci, jaskyňa Domica bude dňa 26.9.2025 z prevádzkových dôvodov po celý deň pre verejnosť zatvorená. Ďakujeme za pochopenie.

Parkplatz Der Demänová-Freiheitshöhle

Liebe Besucher, der Parkplatz gehört nicht der Höhlenverwaltung. Die Parkgebühren werden von einer anderen Stelle eingezogen. Vielen Dank für Ihr Verständnis.

Der Besuch der Höhle mit kleinen Kindern

Dear visitors, due to increased visitation of parents with very small children (circa up to 3 - 4 years of age), we would like to kindly ask you to have a rucksack baby carrier with you for visiting the more demanding caves in given time. The most concerned are the following caves: Demänovská Cave of Liberty, Belianska Cave, Dobšinská Ice Cave, Demänovská Ice Cave, Harmanecká Cave. We also ask you to consider visiting the cave with your crying child, which could disturb the other visitors. Thank you for understanding and we wish you a nice experience.
